E-Leather A4 Conference Folder
E-Leather is made from recycled leather fibre and is unlike any other material on the market. Waste leather fibres are combined via a highly patented high water pressure process to create a soft, high quality material.
Only leather that would normally go to landfill is used and no chemicals are used in the entangling process with waste water recycled in a closed-loop system. Of UK manufacture without the use of oil based adhesives used in bonded leather the product emissions are thermally oxidised and the energy generated is fed back into the manufacturing process. Resulting in a much reduced carbon footprint.
The resulting product makes E-Leather absorbent to water vapour, providing a soft flexible product with a high and consistent performance in tear and tensile performance tests.
